I have a constant problem with Bejeweled 2 Deluxe.

I bought bitdefender AV 2009, it says a previous anti virus prog. still exists or was uninstalled improperly.

When i plugged in my external hard drive to my computer, my norton antivirus told me i have this win32.downadup virus in my external hard drive. It couldnt successfully remove it. So i googled for a solution
