The forum seems very quite because we do all technical support through emails, we only use the forum when we cannot reach our clients or our clients can't reach us through emails.

Well, you should use Plimus not Avangate, if you did you would receive the activation code immediately because every thing goes automatically through Plimus.

We tried to contact you by email but looks like you didn't receive any of our emails, but don't worry we can communicate here!

I want you now to send your CaSIR ID to sales@sergiwa.com or just copy and paste it here in your next reply, once we get your ID we will send you the proper activation code.

We have sent you the email containing your registration info (your ID & your AC) awaiting for your response either here or by email...

Hi Sri,

ystem volume information folder is a system folder you can leave it alone.

I can see that your computer is safe, but RRT keeps giving you alerts because it detectst that windows firewall is disabled, since you are using KIS fire wall, you can simply igore RRT, you can right click on the red icon of RRT and select "Disable Notifications" and RRT wont alert you any more!

Dear All,

I am an ardent fan of KS software. I had some problems with my USB accessing and the moderators of the forum recomended me abt sergiwa. I visited the site but was somewhat reluctant to try. Again posted my doubts to moderators and they suggested "go ahead its safe". Then i conacted Mr Issam, briefed my problem , he suggested me the PRT tool and bingo it worked cool.

I am giving a link to the Kaspersky forum for the visitors who otherwise want to know the genuiness of the software.

Hi Issam,

The tool worked. It was simply superb. But i have some doubts,4 every scan it says "congratulation ! your computer is now clean. i mean i ran the tool 5 times. i got the same message. Why it is so? if virus found it shld say "xyz"found and if its clean it shld say "system clean"

Any way i am very . Great work...Excellent software

Hi Sri,

If you have Kaspersky 2009 installed and up to date then you probably don't need to use CaSIR unless your computer got infected with some stubborn malware KIS 2009 couldn't remove. CaSIR doesn't include all the features of RRT.

To to have additional protection, you may need to buy RRT. Unlike KIS 2009, RRT doesn't need to be updated with malware signatures regularly because it uses a generic protection technique, so in case a new malware tried to infect your computer through USB port that is not included yet in KIS database, RRT would give out alerts and remove the suspected malware and then take a backup copy of it in the RRTVAULT which you can send to Kaspersky to add to their database.

Features you don't have in the free version of RRT includes:

1. Removing the malware
2. The RRT DeepScan
3. Accessing the RRTVault

Well, you may think twice before uninstalling RRT completely as you may need it in the future, you can keep it on your computer and only disable it's being starting when windows starts up, to do so, please follow these steps:

1. Boot your computer in normal mode, wait until the red icon of RRT appears on the system tray.

2. Right click the RRT icon in the system tray and select "Disable AutoStart".

This will stop RRT from being starting automatically every time you turn your system on.

However, if you need to uninstall RRT completely, you can do that simply by searching your file system for RRT.EXE and delete it, that's all.

Run the program, click [Check All] then click [REMOVE] then restart your computer.
