Hello & welcome

I am not sure if this can be removed by a free tool, you may try our custom removal tool myRT, run the tool, select myRT Personal Edition, click ADD, click Generate Report, then attach the log file with your next reply.

New Malware Submission:: trojan mournor
Hello Sri,

myRT says that this file is suspecious because it looks like a driver and it's hidden and it's in the system folder and it's created automatically, this is very suspecious!

However, this file seems to be safe though it is automatically created by Divx video system, particularly Dr. Divx and is automatically created every time you start Divx software.
KGyGaAvL.sys is not the system driver. It's collection of used filters.

You should ignore this flag and don't add it to your myRT database

Thank you

New Malware Submission:: BSOD comes when trying to get in safe mode
Hi Shibu & welcome again,

Quote:

Thanks for the reply. So if I buy CaSIR will the BSOD problem solved ?

YES!

Quote:

I'm also planning to buy RRT and iPMS also.

In your specific case, you do not have to buy RRT & iPMS, only CaSIR would do the trick. However, buying RRT & iPMS as complementary tools in one order with CaSIR would give a nice discount that is 13%, also it will give you a great protection against removable media malware which are 80% of the malware now a days.

Quote:

1) Can I use these 3 softwares on multiple computers ?

Only iPMS can be used on multiple computers as it's license is per user not per PC. CaSIR & RRT license is per PC, means you will need a fresh purchase for every computer you have!

Quote:

2) Is this for lifetime or has to renew yearly like other security products ?

It's for lifetime, no recurring fees needed, and that applies to all the three products.

Quote:

3) If a new version of these products available, do I have to purchase these again ?

You do not have to buy the software again for the minor upgrades of the products, for example, when you buy RRT v4.0.8.4 you will get free upgrades to all 4.x.x.x versions, but when RRT v5.0.0.0 is available you will need to pay for this major update.

Hope this hepls

New Malware Submission:: hijacked computer
Hi Hashman,

Ahsan virus can be removed COMPLETELY in two seconds by using our fine software CaSIR

Please download the software, unzip, run, and click start!

P.S:
The demo version of CaSIR only detects the virus, it does *not* remove it. you will need to purchase the Pro version by following this link:

https://www.plimus.com/jsp/buynow.jsp?contractId=2011148

iSergiwa Software team

Hi Issam,

The tool worked. It was simply superb. But i have some doubts,4 every scan it says "congratulation ! your computer is now clean. i mean i ran the tool 5 times. i got the same message. Why it is so? if virus found it shld say "xyz"found and if its clean it shld say "system clean"

Any way i am very .
New Malware Submission:: Ckavo
Hi Sri,

If you have Kaspersky 2009 installed and up to date then you probably don't need to use CaSIR unless your computer got infected with some stubborn malware KIS 2009 couldn't remove. CaSIR doesn't include all the features of RRT.

To to have additional protection, you may need to buy RRT. Unlike KIS 2009, RRT doesn't need to be updated with malware signatures regularly because it uses a generic protection technique, so in case a new malware tried to infect your computer through USB port that is not included yet in KIS database, RRT would give out alerts and remove the suspected malware and then take a backup copy of it in the RRTVAULT which you can send to Kaspersky to add to their database.

Features you don't have in the free version of RRT includes:

1. Removing the malware
2. The RRT DeepScan
3. Accessing the RRTVault

Well, you may think twice before uninstalling RRT completely as you may need it in the future, you can keep it on your computer and only disable it's being starting when windows starts up, to do so, please follow these steps:

1. Boot your computer in normal mode, wait until the red icon of RRT appears on the system tray.

2. Right click the RRT icon in the system tray and select "Disable AutoStart".

This will stop RRT from being starting automatically every time you turn your system on.

However, if you need to uninstall RRT completely, you can do that simply by searching your file system for RRT.EXE and delete it, that's all.

And oh, thank you for the website!

Issam
