Also, we would be very thankful if you contact them too and ask them to remove this false positive alarm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here&amp;#039;s how to contact them according to there site:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spyware Doctor falsely detected a program.&lt;br /&gt;In the case that Spyware Doctor is detecting a program that you believe to be safe, please send an email to &lt;a href=&quot;mailto:support@pctools.com&quot;&gt;support@pctools.com&lt;/a&gt; with the subject &amp;quot;False Positive&amp;quot;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please make sure to give us enough detail regarding the false detection.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please attach the Spyware Doctor scan logs or history file per instruction below&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spyware Doctor 6&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   1. In Spyware Doctor, click on &amp;#039;Settings&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;   2. Click on &amp;#039;History&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;   3. Click on &amp;#039;Save to File&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;   4. Save the file onto your desktop (or any other location) as history.html.&lt;br /&gt;   5. Hello,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is the first time I receive such a case upon using RRT, are you sure you didn&amp;#039;t alter any thing else? can you ping the computer you need to access it&amp;#039;s shared folder?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, to reverse what RRT did and see if it works please  do the following:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Start Menu &amp;gt; Run &amp;gt; regedit &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;browse to this registry value:&lt;br /&gt;HKEY LOCAL MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\SharedAccess\Start&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and change it&amp;#039;s value to 2 &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That&amp;#039;s all what RRT alters regarding your firewall settings&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;please report back in either cases&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank you for your feed back</description>
